💡 Enhance your research experience and academic collaboration with Kansai University! This program is designed to strengthen the dual-degree master's cooperation between National Central University (NCU) and Kansai University (KU) while providing students with hands-on research experience in science, engineering, electrical & computer engineering, and biomedical science & engineering.

📌 Program Overview

📅 Internship Duration: July 1 – August 2, 2025 (5 weeks)
🧪 Research Areas: Science, Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Biomedical Science & Engineering
🔬 Placement: Assigned to a research lab at Kansai University based on student research interests and lab availability
👨‍🏫 Supervision: Students will conduct research under the guidance of Kansai University professors
📌 Research topics will be discussed and decided between the student and the hosting professor.

🎓 Eligibility

✔ 3rd and 4th-year undergraduate students from the College of Science, Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or Biomedical Science & Engineering
✔ Must have basic research knowledge and ability to conduct independent research
✔ Must maintain NCU student status throughout the internship to qualify for the scholarship
✔ Limited to 10 students (if applications exceed 10, Kansai University will conduct a selection process)

💰 Program Fees & Scholarship Support

✅ Application Fee: Free!
✅ Scholarship Support:

• Kansai University Scholarship: JPY 60,000 per person (~NTD 13,000)
• NCU International Office Additional Support: JPY 30,000 per person (~NTD 6,700)

📌 NCU Internal Application Deadline: April 18 (Fri.) 16:00 (Applications will be sent to Kansai University for review after this date.)
📌 Kansai University Admission Results Announcement: May 19 (Mon.)

✔ Kansai University will review and approve the scholarship recipients before awarding funds.
✔ Applicants must submit a printed application form and project proposal to the NCU International Office for approval.
✔ Failure to submit printed documents will result in an incomplete application.
